We've also included Arnica Oil in our formulation. Arnica oil is an extract of the arnica plant, a flowering perennial herb that grows in mountain regions. It has been used for centuries to heal bruises and other injuries by speeding up the healing process. Arnica oil benefits include relieving pain, improving circulation and reducing inflammation.

Ingredients: Distilled water, magnesium chloride, cocoa butter, avocado oil, emulsifying wax, stearic acid, Arnica Oil, lavender extract, rosemary essential oil, lavender essential oil and preservative.

Directions: a little dab will do ya! Just a pea (to dime) size amount massaged into the area of concern or just put a little on your arms, legs or feet before bed for a relaxing night's sleep. Safe for babies 6 months and up. A small dab on the bottom of the feet for the little ones. Repeat as necessary.
