Directions: Take 10-15 drops each of the Heavy Metal Detox and the Parasite Cleanse 3 times per day under the tongue or drop into water or juice. Take the Binder at night before bed to help bind and eliminate parasites and toxins. Make sure you are taking in plenty of water (including electrolytes) as well as taking a probiotic during your cleanse. It has also been proven that it is best to start your cleanse 3 days before a full moon, as parasites become considerably more active during this time, making them easier to eliminate. 

If you are planning on becoming pregnant, make sure to complete your cleanse prior to conception. Otherwise, wait until after delivery as well as after you have finished breast feeding.
