Fire Cider
Our handcrafted 6-week infused Fire Cider has a multitude of uses.
It has been shown to promote immune system support for colds, flus, and sinus issues, due to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, can aid in circulation, and help with digestion. It can also help with overall health and aid in losing or maintaining weight, regulation of blood sugars and balancing PH.
WAYS TO USE
• As a “wellness shot” – I actually love the taste, so I put about 1 oz. in a shot glass to drink straight up. You can also add extra honey if you’d like!
• Added to herbal tea – If I’m feeling congested, I put couple of tablespoons in lemon ginger tea and then breathe in the steam as I sip.
• Mixed with water – If you don’t feel like making herbal tea, just mix it to taste with hot water and honey.
• In juice – For little ones, mix a small amount into orange juice or lemonade. NOT for children UNDER ONE, as it contains raw honey.
• As a marinade – It’s delicious with beef or chicken.
• As salad dressing – Mix with olive oil and honey to make a yummy vinaigrette.
•SUGGESTED USE• Take 1 teaspoons daily for preventative use. Using 3 times a day if feeling under the weather. Use at your hearts content if using in food/beverages.
Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, pineapples, oranges, onions, lemons, limes, elderberries, aronia berries, jalapeno peppers, horseradish, garlic, turmeric root, ginger root, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, organic mullein, organic rosemary, organic thyme, local honey
